About Us
Our Story
Founded on October 4th, 2021, Mirage Racing USA was established with the vision of creating a racing team where our friends could unite and compete on the iRacing Platform. This vision became a reality on February 29th, 2024, when Mirage Racing LLC was officially formed. The LLC was created to pursue competitive racing with our Mini Cooper S, marking a significant milestone in our journey.
Our Achievements (so far)
Mirage Racing made its endurance debut in the iRacing IMSA Endurance Series at Road Atlanta, piloting the BMW M4 GT3. Despite starting 24th on the grid due to skipping qualifying, Dennis Cervenik showcased exceptional skill, gaining an impressive 20 positions during his stint. Cooper Rasnick then took over, maintaining the momentum to secure a remarkable 3rd-place finish in the 3-hour event.
In our second event, the Petit Le Mans (10 hours of Road Atlanta), Cooper Rasnick qualified the team in 2nd position. He made a strong start, quickly overtaking the leader and lead the pack for the duration of his stint. Natal Durang then took over and delivered a consistent performance. Cooper Rasnick then executed a fuel-saving triple stint, allowing Natal Durang to finish the race strongly. Natal set consecutive fastest laps of the race, and the team crossed the finish line to claim victory overall along with the fastest lap of the race.
The Racing Mini
Mirage Racing acquired the "Racing Mini" in 2022 with plans to transform it into a full-spec race car, igniting their ambition to compete at competitive levels of racing. Now, thanks to the unwavering support of our sponsors and supporters, Mirage Racing is turning that dream into reality.
